Puzzle #2 River crossing

Here is another puzzle I was asked in an interview.

Four people A,B,C,D want to cross a river using a boat which can carry only two people at a time. A need 1 minute to cross the river while B,C,D requires 2,5 and 10 minutes respectively. What is the minimum time required for every one to be at the other side of the river.
